Purchases from Charlie's Lakeside Bar and Grill, also known as Charlies, can be returned within 30 days. Shipping costs are deducted from refunds, which are processed in 7-10 business days. Return requirements include unworn merchandise, and damaged items must be reported within 5 days for replacement. Charlies may deny refunds if items don't meet the return policy. Return shipping fees may apply for exchanges. Sale items and international orders are final. 

We are currently just shipping to the United States. Orders are fulfilled Monday through Friday ONLY. Orders are processed and shipped within 7-10 business days. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
